IT is gratifying to learn that Mr. Ram Parshad Khosla of the Punjab Education Department has been appointed Professor of History in the Indian Educational Service at the Ravenshaw College, Cuttack, and has proceeded there. Mr. Khosla is one of our most distinguished graduates being an M.A. of the Punjab University, who also distinguished himself in the Honours Schools of Oxford. Professor Khosla has earned great reputation at Lahore as a highly capable, efficient and popular teacher, and his recent appointment as Principal, Sanatan Dharam College was the occasion of a hearty and enthusiastic send-off from the students and staff of the Government College under the presidency of Colonel J. Stephenson, I.M.S. who paid an excellent tribute of appreciation of the qualities of head and heart of the departing Professor.
