MUSAFIR INVITED TO FORM PUNJAB MINISTRY.

From Our Special Correspondent, CHANDIGARH, October 26. THE Governor, Mr. Dharma Vira, today invited Mr. Gurmukh Singh Masafir, Leader of the Punjab Congress Legislature Party, to form a Ministry. Mr. Musafir accepted the invitation which was extended to him when he called on the Governor this morning.  The Chief Secretaries Designate of Punjab and Haryana. Mr. Cvan Singh Kahlon and Mr. Saroop Krishan, were also presented at the meeting. The meeting was to discuss administrative problems relating to inauguration of the new States of Punjab and Haryana but no discussion could take place as Mr. Bhagwat Dayal Sharma, Chief Minister-Designate of Haryana, did not return from Delhi.
