Hoshiarpur: Finance Minister Manpreet Badal on Saturday said the financial condition of Punjab was worrying as it had its cash credit limit of Rs 13,000 crore turned into loan. Inaugurating the 70th annual conference of the IMA, Punjab, he said: “The Congress government is working earnestly to revive the state’s economy. In the fourth year of our government, we will present a surplus Budget,” he claimed. OC
