The Rashtriya Jan Shakti Party (Secular) today announced the names of four more candidates from Punjab for the Lok Sabha polls.

Charanjit Singh Azad, nephew of Bahujan Samaj Party’s founder Kanshi Ram, who is convener of the party, announced that Rajender Kaur Safri would contest from Faridkot, Ajaib Singh Bithoi from Patiala, Jaswant Singh Ladwanjara from Sangrur and Harjeet Singh from Ferozepur.

Azad said their party would contest election on all 13 seats in Punjab. He added that their party’s priority in Punjab was to unite Dalits, curb drug menace and improve education, health and employment. He said they had come up with an alliance of eight small parties in the state under the banner of Punjab Secular Alliance.
