Chandigarh: The Punjab Kala Parishad will organise a function at Punjab Kala Bhawan here on Wednesday to mark International Mother Tongue Day. This was stated by parishad chairman Dr Surjit Patar here on Monday while interacting with mediapersons. He said students from colleges of Punjab and Chandigarh would take part in the celebrations. He said the parishad would honour Sanjay Nahar and Panditrao Dharennavar for their contribution to the promotion of Punjabi language and culture. TNS
