Faridkot, September 23

Testing his newly purchased gun on the roof of his house landed a resident of Sandhwan village in trouble. The police have registered a case against him after AAP MLA from Kotkapura, Kultar Singh Sandhwan raised the matter with the CM, alleging attack on his house. The accused, Jagsir Singh, lives in his neighborhood.

Though the police have arrested Jagsir Singh, they claimed there was no reality in the allegations. In the FIR, the police have not made any mention of MLA’s complaint. It stated that after getting information about Jagsir firing in the air using his .12 bore gun, he was arrested.

The MLA, however, alleged Jagsir was in a land dispute with one of his supporters and he opened the firing with an intention to intimidate his family and his supporter.
