Kashmiri student arrested in Bathinda university in suspected terror case

BATHINDA: The Jammu and Kashmir Police on Tuesday arrested a Kashmiri student from Central University of Punjab here in a suspected terror case.

The Jammu and Kashmir Police on Tuesday arrested a Kashmiri student from Central University of Punjab here in a suspected terror case.

Bathinda SSP Dr Nanak Singh confirmed the arrest stating that J&K Police had an arrest warrant against the student, but he said we don’t have any details in which case he was arrested.

The student was identified as Hilal Ahmed, 28, and he is being taken to J&K.
