Will respond to any misadventure: Pak

ISLAMABAD:Pakistan today warned India that it was ready to respond to any “misadventure or aggression” by the Indian forces and will continue to provide “diplomatic, moral and political support” to the people of Kashmir as the country’s top civil and military leadership discussed the sudden spike in tension with New Delhi during a meeting of the National Security Committee.

Prime Minister Imran Khan called a meeting of the National Security Committee after troops alleged that India had used cluster bombs to target civilian population in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. The Indian Army termed the charge as “lies and deceit”. — PTI
