Vishal Bhardwaj''s ''Talvar'' sequel to be based on Gurugram school murder

GURUGRAM: Gurugram''s Vidyalaya murder case, which shook the entire nation and continues to educe interest owing to some unanswered questions, will soon be a motion picture with none other than filmmaker Vishal Bhardwaj at the helm who will pen and produce the story as sequel to his previous crime procedural ''Talvar''.

Gurugram's Vidyalaya murder case, which shook the entire nation and continues to educe interest owing to some unanswered questions, will soon be a motion picture with none other than filmmaker Vishal Bhardwaj at the helm who will pen and produce the story as sequel to his previous crime procedural 'Talvar'. 

Having dealt with the sensational Aarushi Talwar murder case, Bhardwaj shall now bring to fore alleged murder of class-2 student 'Prince' who was found dead in school bathroom.

"Such crimes shake the very moral fabric of society and need to be analysed in a much deeper sense. The world is not just black and white, there's more to a crime than just victim and perpetrator. That's why we have decided to continue making true crime procedurals like Talvar," read official statement issued by Bhardwaj.

'Prince' was found murdered in his school bathroom in September last year. While initially Gurugram police nabbed school bus conductor as key accused and spun a story of failed sexual harassment it was

Prince's father on whose insistence CBI inquiry was marked and then came startling revelation that it was Prince's school mate, a class 11 student, who had allegedly slit his throat to defer the examination and the parent-teacher meeting. 

The screenplay of the movie is yet to be finalised and the families of the accused and victim claim that they too have got to know about this through media and so far not contacted by anybody.
