Dowry death: Kabaddi player arrested

New Delhi: National-level kabbadi player Rohit Chillar was arrested from Mumbai on Friday, three days after his wife Lalita committed suicide. His father Vijay Singh (51), a co-accused in the dowry death case, also surrendered at the Nangloi police station here. Chillar’s mother Sunita is still on the run. A graduate from the National Defence Academy and the US Naval Staff College at Naval War College, Newport, Rhode Island, Ghormade was commissioned into the Navy on January 1, 1984.
