Ahmednagar, February 14

Social activist Anna Hazare was on Thursday admitted to a hospital here after complaining of weakness due to lack of blood supply to his brain, doctors said.

Hazare, 81, last week broke his week-long fast over his demand for appointment of anti-corruption watchdogs.

Hazare has been suffering from neurological problems for last two days, his aide said. The activist had begun his fast on January 30 and called it off on February 5, losing 5-kg weight in process. — PTI
