‘Book SUV driver for Cyclist's death’

In an accident that claimed a cyclist's life on Friday, International Road Safety Expert Dr Kamal Soi, who is also a member of the National Road Safety Council, sought an FIR against the driver of the SUV, who wrongly parked the vehicle which actually led to the accident. The accident occurred after the driver opened the door, which hit the cyclist.  As a result, the cyclist got crushed under the tyre of a school bus.
