Shiv Sena Hindustan seeks LS ticket for Raja

LUDHIANA: The Mazdoor Sena, Yuva Sena and Legal Cell of Shiv Sena Hindustan have urged the party high command to give party ticket from the Ludhiana Lok Sabha constituency to party’s Veopar Sena Punjab chairman Ritesh Raja Manchanda.

The Mazdoor Sena, Yuva Sena and Legal Cell of Shiv Sena Hindustan have urged the party high command to give party ticket from the Ludhiana Lok Sabha constituency to party’s Veopar Sena Punjab chairman Ritesh Raja Manchanda.

In fact, Shiv Sena Hindustan has declared to contest Lok Sabha elections from all 13 seats in Punjab.

National president of the party, Pawan Gupta, had recently said Shiv Sena Hindustan would fields its candidates in all 13 Lok Sabha constituencies of the state.

Following the announcement made by Pawan Gupta, party’s Veopar Sena chairman in Punjab, Ritesh Raja Manchanda applied for the ticket from Ludhiana.

During a meeting of Mazdoor Sena, Yuva Sena and Legal Cell of Shiv Sena Hindustan, party activists said Ritesh Raja Manchanda was one of the senior most leaders of the party in the state and therefore, the party high command should field Raja from here.

“Raja has worked very hard to strengthen the party in the state. During his tenure as president of Veopar Sena, Raja has roped in a large number of people with the party. We appeal to the party high command to provide ticket to Raja from Ludhiana constituency in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections,” said Chanderkant Chaddha, state president of Veopar Sena of Shiv Sena Hindustan.

The party activists said they would leave no stone unturned to make sure the victory of the party the ticket is given to Ritesh Raja Manchanda.

Shiv Sena Hindustan district president Gautam Sood, vice-president Kunal Sood and Ludhiana city president Gagan Kumar Gaggi were also present during the meeting.
