Ludhiana, October 22

Finally, there is a “Bookspace” for book lovers to read their favourite books, leave a message for another reader and move ahead. Not just readers, even local artists can display their paintings, photographs related to gardening and environment, handcrafted garden ornaments at “Artspace”. The one-stop destination is Technocare Nursery.

Owner of Techno Nursery Juhi Bakhshi said, “The ‘book-crossing’ culture hardly exists in India whereas in Europe, it is quite popular. We encourage readers to leave a message after reading the book for the next reader to know, so that his message reaches more people.”

She said, “We wanted to give local artists a space to display their work. Even art lovers can pick good art instead of waiting for exhibitions.
