Mandi Ahmedgarh: An oath was taken in response to call made by Dr Harpreet Singh Bhandari during a seminar held jointly by the Bhartia Yog Sansthan and Bankey Bihari Charitable Trust at Aggarwal Dharamsala here. Bipan Sethi, chief organiser of the event, said office-bearers and activists of various organisations had announced to associate with the movement launched by the organisers to spread awareness about causes and remedies of chronic diseases. During his keynote address, Dr Bhandari stressed the need of enhancing the natural immunity through age-old Indian practices of food preparation and body care, including exposure of body to sun and intake of raw and food cooked at low temperature. — OC
