Presentation on Blue Whale game

Ludhiana: Computer Science department of the Govt College for Girls, Ludhiana, arranged a PPT to create awareness among students against the ill-effects of Blue Whale game. Vice-Principal of the college Sharanjit Kaur was the chief guest. Sharanjit Kaur and youth co-ordinator of the college Maninder Kaur appreciated the efforts of the students. Kaur said there was a need to encourage students to involve more in progressive activities than to indulge in such destructive games.

Awareness march against Chinese string

Gujranwala Guru Nanak Khalsa College organised an awareness march against the use of China dor(banned Chinese string). Rotaract in-charge Prof Munisha and Principal Dr Arvinder Singh flagged the march from the college campus and motivated the students to boycott the Chinese string as it was harmful not only to the birds, humans but for the environment as well. Rotary North 3070, President Pritpal Singh Drop joined the march .The march moved from the college campus to Aarti Chowk.

Aurobindo college celebrates Lohri

Sri Aurobindo College of Commerce and Management celebrated Lohri with full gaiety and fervour on its campus. The mood on the campus was upbeat and the students were totally absorbed in the festive spirit of Lohri.— TNS
