Nostalgia, bonhomie mark alumni meet at OPBMS

The prestigious institution in the city, Om Parkash Bansal Modern School, (OPBMS) Mandi Gobindgarh, experienced a new vibe. Famous doctors and medical specialists, engineers, professors, entrepreneurs found their way back to their school to meet their old friends. The school organised its second Alumni Meet-2019 at a grand level. On the mega occasion, the alumni till the 2018 batch made their way back to their alma mater and felt elated to rejuvenate their memories.

Tight hugs and splits of laughter marked the alumni day. The alumni were in their exclusive shades and colors They revived and rejuvenated their old memories and moments with their old friends that lit up their faces with beautiful divine smiles and later on they shared their post school life events and introduced others to their families.

Principal Sangeeta Sharma welcomed the OPBMS alumni present and quoted that this is what the essence of being an OP Bansalian is, and correlated with their feelings. She welcomed all to their own home and hoped that this small token of love organised by the team OPBMS will give them lifelong memories and rejuvenate their old broken connections with their school and old pals. More than 120 alumni from various frontiers graced the school. After so many years, revival of school life and friends made them ecstatic.

Bonhomie was evident at the event as the alumni fondly recalled their old memories of their childhood. The celebration stretched till evening.

Every alumni present acknowledged the fact that OPBMS is continuing and carrying forward the old mission of imparting true education and serving the nation in the true sense and producing responsible citizens. — OC
