The army recruitment rally for youth of four districts - Ludhiana, Moga, Rupnagar and Ajitgarh (Mohali) - would be organised at Army Recruitment Office, Dholewal Complex, Ludhiana, from November 27 to December 6.

This recruitment rally would be organised for the posts of soldier (general duty), soldier technical, soldier (clerk/storekeeper technical), soldier nursing assistant and soldier tradesman. The process of online registration has already been completed. Admit cards to eligible candidates have been issued, which can be downloaded from their registered email ids.

Spokesperson of the Indian Army informed that for this army recruitment rally, a total of 19,028 youth from four districts have applied online. He said the recruitment would be done tehsil-wise for the above mentioned four districts.

On November 27, physical examination and eligibility test would be carried for candidates from Khanna, Payal and Ludhiana (East), on November 28 for Samrala, Raikot, Jagraon and Ludhiana (West), on November 29 for Nihal Singh Wala, Bagha Purana and Moga of district Moga, on November 30 for Rupnagar and Sri Anandpur Sahib of Rupnagar district, on December 1 for Nangal and Chamkaur Sahib of Rupnagar district, all tehsils of Ajitgarh (Mohali) district and youth from other districts.

The candidates who would clear the physical examination and eligibility test, their medical examination would be done the next day and necessary documents would be received from the successful candidates.
