As many as 22 batteries from a tower company were reportedly missing at Pangalian village last night. A case has been registered at the Koom Kalan police station on the complaint of a security guard of the company.

Randhir Singh of Ramgarh village, who works as a security guard in Indus Tower Company, has complained to the Koom Kalan police that on Monday night, a technician of the company had informed him that the network was down. When he reached the spot, he found the outer barbed wire cut. When he entered the premises, he found 22 batteries missing from the spot.

Randhir immediately informed the police. A case has been registered against the unidentified accused. — OC
