GGNIMT increases seats in three courses

LUDHIANA: Gujrawala Guru Nanak Institute of Management and Technology (GGNIMT) has increased the number of seats in Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA), hotel management and fashion technology courses.

Gujrawala Guru Nanak Institute of Management and Technology (GGNIMT) has increased the number of seats in Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA), hotel management and fashion technology courses.

Due to an immense scope and a massive upsurge in the admissions to technical courses, the institute has extended 30 seats in BBA, Bachelor of hotel management and catering technology (BHMCT) and BSc fashion technology (FT).

Principal Harpreet Singh said apart from venturing into one’s own business, students of BBA have enormous job opportunities in Ludhiana and other parts of the country as executives or assistant managers in the areas of sales, marketing, human resource management, accounts and finance.

Talking about the job prospects of Bachelor of hotel management and catering technology (BHMCT), he mentioned that openings in this field are being offered by leading national and international hotels. The course offers highly rewarding placements, both in private as well as public sector.

Prof Manjit Singh Chhabra, director, GGNIMT, said with increase in the number of seats in BSc fashion technology, fashion enthusiasts would be able to endorse their creativities. This stream was for budding professionals who harbour an ocean of imagination and vision, he added. The curriculum and learning approach of the course is such that it can help create professionals, who could brush shoulders with big names in the fashion world.
