The Khanna CIA police claimed to have busted a gang of satta operators and arrested four persons.

The arrested have been identified as Naresh Kumar, Dinesh Kumar, Monti and Gurpreet Singh, all residents of Khanna. As per information, the alleged four persons were luring people of the area to bet through the Match Guru app. The arrested operated through mobiles at Basant Nagar, Khanna.

After receiving the information, a team of CIA Khanna, led by in-charge Harwinder Singh, raided the site and arrested the accused. The accused had developed an app to run their operation and had links to other main cities, including Chandigarh. Two of the accused already had a chargesheet against them for gambling. After serving time in prison, they again formed their gang and started a new operation.
