MP assures help for construction of stadium

KHAMANO: Newly elected MP Fatehgarh Sahib Dr Amar Singh on Saturday visited Congress office Khamano where he addressed Mahila Congress workers and thanked all, including MLA Bassi Pathana, for their support during his big win.

Newly elected MP Fatehgarh Sahib Dr Amar Singh on Saturday visited Congress office Khamano where he addressed Mahila Congress workers and thanked all, including MLA Bassi Pathana, for their support during his big win. The workers led by Mahila Congress Block Khamano president Parminder Kaur Kang and block president Amarjit Sohal welcomed Dr Singh in the office and put forward some demands of the area, including the construction of stadium at Khamano.

Amar Singh assured the party workers that he would give all help from the MP quota for the construction of the stadium after consultation with MLA Bassi Pathana Gurpreet GP and will also try best for long-pending demand of sewerage in Khamano. Senior Congress leaders of the area Surinder Singh Ramgarh, Harbans Singh Pandher, Sarabjit Singh Jetee, Poonam, Sunita Rani, Parkash Kaur and other Mahila Congress workers were also present at this time.
