Ludhiana, August 6
An inter-school declamation competition was organised by the Ludhiana Sahodaya School Complex (LSSC) today at BCM School, Dugri.
The competition was organised with the aim to facilitate exchange of ideas and promote effective public-speaking skills. The participants competed with contestants from 33 schools across the city.
The first prize was won by Gurleen Verma of Sacred Heart School, BRS Nagar. Purvanshi Singh of Springdale School bagged second prize, followed by Budhisha Nanda of Bal Bharti School. Consolation prize was given to Ishan Bhasin of DCM Presidency School. —TNS
