LBA, Ludhiana dist men’s teams announced

LUDHIANA: The Ludhiana Basketball Academy (LBA) and Ludhiana district men’s teams were announced for the 69th Senior Punjab State Basketball Championship to be held at Guru Nanak Stadium here from November 16 to 19.

The Ludhiana Basketball Academy (LBA) and Ludhiana district men’s teams were announced for the 69th Senior Punjab State Basketball Championship to be held at Guru Nanak Stadium here from November 16 to 19. This year’s championship is dedicated to the memory of Arjuna award winner, Gurdial Singh Malhi from Gurey village in Ludhiana district.

The list of players of the two teams was released by Teja Singh Dhaliwal, honorary general secretary, Ludhiana District Basketball Association, here today.

Players in the LBA team include Jagdeep Bains, Arshpreet Bhullar, Arvinder Singh, Jaipal Singh, Gurbaz Singh, Arshdeep Singh, Harwinder Singh, Husanveer Singh, Jasjeet Singh, Gurnoor Singh, Gurbaz Singh, Arshdeep Singh, Harwinder Singh, Husanveer Singh, Jasjeet Singh, Gurnoor Singh, Navjot Baria and Abhishek Rathi. Players in the Ludhiana district team include Ramandeep, Loveneet Singh, Tejpartap Singh, Navkarman Singh, Rishav Rana, Harpreet Singh, Vishavjit Singh, Mannatpreet Singh, Ashok Kumar, Damandeep, Charanpreet Singh and Ekam Singh. — SC
