LUDHIANA: The Chamber of Industrial and Commercial Undertaking (CICU) today conducted a special meet comprising city’s top 50 CEOs underlying a vision of 2025.

The Chamber of Industrial and Commercial Undertaking (CICU) today conducted a special meet comprising city’s top 50 CEOs underlying a vision of 2025.

Upkar Singh Ahuja, president, CICU, inaugurated the session with a welcome speech. Stewards of industry did brainstormed to prepare a vision for next 10 years.

They pointed out that priority should be givent to marketing and innovation, strengthening professionals, adoption of new technologies, engaging more women professional, cost control in manufacturing, safety, standardisation of process, learn and unlearn of improvement, independent boards of corporate for better results, and resource conversation, among others.

JS Bhogal, publicity secretary, CICU, said to be successful, entrepreneurs bound themselves in the role of CEO to labour. They also informed about various activities undertaken by the CICU in the last 10 years to develop the MSMEs in Punjab.

Pankaj Sharma, general secretary, CICU, shared his views on proper planning to grow business and how entrepreneurs can share their responsibilities and expand business.
