Girls learn karate moves

LUDHIANA:A workshop to impart self-defence training to girls was organised by the Bal Vikas Trust in collaboration with the Helping Hands Welfare Association at the Kamla Lohtia SD College.

A workshop to impart self-defence training to girls was organised by the Bal Vikas Trust in collaboration with the Helping Hands Welfare Association at the Kamla Lohtia SD College. 

Karate champion and trainer Rainu Gupta was a resource person. Adorned with numerous district and state-level awards and also the winner of "Rani Luxmi Bai Bravery Award", Gupta familiarised girls with various Karate moves. 

She also advised young girls to be strong and empower themselves with right kind of education and physical training.
