Ludhiana, June 23

Balancing both professional and personal life is considered to be one of the major hurdles in order to get success.

These days, this is one of the major problems of working people, especially in case of women, where they find it difficult to balance both professional and personal aspects of life.

Various sessions were based for women to make them understand how they could manage the balance between personal and professional life. There were training sessions oranised such as such as transactional analysis, happiness, family supportive work environment, attitude modification etc.

Dr Sushma Jaswal suggested the participants that if they want to strike a balance between work and their lives outside work, they must set this as a goal and find their own ways of achieving it.

A session on yoga was organised by Kavita Tyagi to make the participants aware about the breathing and stretching exercises that can break the monotony.

An exposure visit was organised to botanical & butterfly garden being managed by the Forest Department in Mattewara Forest. Participants also played games management games session to de-stress themselves from their work routine. Dr HS Dhaliwal, Director PAMETI, advised the participants that they have to take control of their own work-life balance and take initiatives for securing a balance.
