Doctors talk on visual impairment

World Sight Day was observed by the College of Nursing, Christian Medical College and Hospital, at Evergreen High School, Jamalpur Awana.

The theme of the day was ‘Vision First’. Sanjeet Johnson, Associate Professor, Nisha Singh, clinical instructor, and Bhawna, demonstrator, conducted the programme under the guidance of Dr Reena Jairus, Professor and principal, and Prof Glory Samuel, vice-principal-HOD of Community Health Nursing Department, College of Nursing, CMCH.

The day was also observed by the Department of Ophthalmology (Eye) of Dayanand Medical College and Hospital by conducting an awareness talk and poster-making competition in the eye OPD block.
