40 attend workshop on physiotherapy

Aykai Hospital organised a physiotherapy workshop on manual therapy for disorders related to cervical spine, shoulder, elbow, and wrist. The workshop was organised in collaboration with the Lovely Professional University (Phagwara).

Almost 40 candidates participated in the workshop and got benefits in terms of assessment skills and correcting allignment of joints. Dr Rohit Singla (HOD Physiotherapy), Dr Animish Hasari (HOD Physiotherapy, LPU), said the workshop aimed at disseminating knowledge of sports injuries, cardiac rehabilitation and neurological rehabilitation in the upcoming months. — TNS
