How has been your journey in Ishqbaaaz been?

The show has touched soaring heights of success. Each and every character has been loved and appreciated, and I could not have asked for more. As for Annika, the biggest success for me as the character is that whenever people come up to me, they speak like Annika; that feels amazing.

Do you see any similarity in Annika and Surbhi?

Both are strong and independent, and stand by what is right. Both are strong-headed and will never settle for anything wrong. Annika has taught Surbhi to be more brave and honest. So I take back a lot from the character.

Annika and Shivaay are getting famous; how does it feel?

The show was primarily loved because of Annika and Shivaay’s (Nakuul Mehta) chemistry. It really feels good.

You are getting married for the second time on screen. Tell us more?

Well, Annika-Shivaay’s journey as a couple has been quite a tough one. They have been together, separated and now are back together. I think it is due to the love of the fans.

When do we see you getting married in real life?

Everything happens whenever it is destined. As of now I am focusing on my career and doing good work.

What are your hobbies?

Reading and dancing.

What is your favourite holiday destination?

Greece.
