Strengthening the bond

Hammer Strength in association with Physique Global had organised a one- day fitness education workshop the Hammer Strength Clinic. Says Steve Holtz, Life Fitness (Business Development Manager, APAC), “We at Hammer Strength have collaborated with Physique Global to provide quality education on some of the most essential topics pertaining to fitness. We are working towards creating maximum awareness by bringing some of the best fitness coaches from around the world to India.”

Some of the best fitness coaches were a part of this event. Cristina Silva, World Bikini champion and celebrity fitness coach spoke about women transformations. She busted some myths regarding weight- training for women and how hormones affect transformation goals.
