The much awaited event, Lux Golden Rose Awards, was held in Mumbai on Sunday to commemorate the beauty the brand has been denoted with, since the past 90 years. The who’s who of B-town were a part of this extravaganza. From the young lot, Alia Bhatt, Taapsee Pannu, Janhvi Kapoor, Yami Gautam, Jacqueline Fernandez, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Swara Bhasker among others dazzled at the red carpet. Timeless divas Hema Malini, Rekha and Zeenat Aman were among the senior Bollywood brigade who added their charm to the red carpet in their stunning avatars.

Evergreen beauties Madhuri Dixit, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Kajol and Karisma Kapoor too spread their magic at the glittery evening that celebrated women and the power and beauty womenfolk is all about.

Giving a tough competition to all these ladies were actors Tiger Shroff, Varun Dhawan, Akshay Kumar, Kartik Aaryan and Shah Rukh Khan who turned up for the event in dapper avatars.

Top winners included Taapsee Pannu for Breakthrough Beauty Of The Year, Janhvi Kapoor for Emerging Beauty Of The Year, Hema Malini for Iconic Beauty Over The Decades, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan for Timesless Beauty Award and Alia Bhatt for Unstoppable Beauty Of The Year among others. Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol were honoured with Timeless Jodi Award. Three veteran actresses, Sharmila Tagore, Helen and Zeenat Aman received Boldest Beauty Over The Decade Award.
