These fresh, juicy berries have a great health benefit in the way of Vitamin C, high fiber and minerals. Here is a punchy and energizing breakfast-parfait. Note: Transform this recipe into a dessert parfait. Omit the cereal and add layers of juice soaked cake into the equation. Substitute the yogurt with sweetened whipped cream or ice-cream. Top it up with a trickle of fruity jam or chocolate shavings.
