Since how long are you a part of KBC?

It has been about 11 years that I have been a part of KBC and this is my sixth season where I am directing the show. I have been learning new things from our legendary host Amitabh Bachchan, from our inspiring contestants and from the industry. I feel blessed.

Describe the evolution of Kaun Banega Crorepati.

The show has become an iconic property that people eagerly wait for year after year. The scale and grandeur have certainly gone up a few notches. The sets have become rather lavish. It has been an exceptional journey for everyone.

Your most memorable moment from KBC?

The journey has been very memorable and is very close to my heart. But if I had to pick out something, it would be the beautiful moments where the contestants share their stories, their sorrows or their happiness with our host. Those moments never fail to strike a chord or touch our hearts. 

How is it like working with Big B?

After such an extensive experience in the industry I should not be nervous, but I love the butterflies in the stomach because they keep me on the edge. Big B is a perfectionist and for him I want to deliver my best. So, I love the feeling of excitement and nervousness. Every time I come on the sets, it is like directing my first episode.

Is there anything you want to change?

I am happy right now and do not want to change anything.

What is being Arun Sheshkumar?

Being loved by everyone. In the last 11 years, I have proved myself by giving 100 per cent to KBC.

What works as a stress-buster for you?

I just sleep properly.
