Tomatoes are available at this time of the year. Now is the time to make fresh tomato puree and use it or freeze it. Here we have combined it with boiled spaghetti and other veggies to give a delicious baked surprise.\
Baked spaghetti in tomato sauce
Ingredient
1 cup spaghetti (boiled)
1 onion (chopped)
1 capsicum (chopped)
200gm fresh tomato puree
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp oil
100gm fresh cream
Salt, to taste
2 cubes cheese (optional)
1 onion (cut into roundels)
1 capsicum (cut into roundels)
