Little Amayra Gulati is two years and two months old, and already holds the record for being the youngest kid to name the capitals of all the Indian states the fastest. And, that’s not her only feat; she has also won various baby competitions and now is a pro at it.

But now her new achievement has landed her in the limelight. Any camera and mike is now her cue to name the state capitals. We look at her mother Urvashi Gulati. “I am a homemaker and we spend all our time together. I started teaching her the names of the states and National emblems to beat the long nights when she would be too active to call it a day. Here’s the result,” she beams. At two, little Amayra already knows that the piece of paper- certificate from World Records India - holds some value and happily flaunts it. Her dad, Rubal Gulati, a trader and a commission agent if of course equally proud. If you thought it’s too early to push a baby into contests, her mother insists, “Amayra is an extrovert who loves the limelight,” and the little one shows the same by replicating the hello, bye, high fives and flying kisses on a cue.  Next on the mother-daughter chart is getting familiar with the names of the countries and their capitals. The young record holder however quickly goes around naming the capitals of Italy and Thailand. Amayra has just started with playschool, and her parents are only too happy to do more such fun general knowledge games with their joy and pride. — Mona
