With summer knocking on the door, cotton reclaims its place as the go-to fabric. An exhibition Cotton Fab, organized by Delhi-based Weave N Print begins at Welkome Palace, Sarabha Nagar, Ludhiana. The exhibition has around 50 stalls offering various lifestyle products. Pick and choose from innumerable colours in countless designs, Pakistani style designer suits, kurties, fabric with chikan embroidery, fashion accessories, home decor, bed sheets, table ware, linen and more. 

A big attraction is the collection of ghaghra choli and dhoti-kurta for children. Rajasthan’s kota doria, chanderi, Bhagalpur silk, handloom products Gujarat, phool-pati work from Rampur as well as Aligarh and garments with phulkari work from Patiala are a huge draw with customers.  “In this exhibition we have added a special designer jewellery section after studying the market and we have brought specialised products from all over the country,” says Rakesh, president of the society.
