Born out personal necessity, this mechanical engineer is a fitness enthusiast too. A marathon and mixed martial arts practitioner, he found it difficult to meet his nutritional demands. Every day demands of more protein, less carbs put his mother into tizzy till he took in his own hands— all his meal preparations. 

Considering that many may be in the same boat as he, Vigour Bowl was born. If high protein, low carbs, healthy fats, gluten-free, without sugar or preservatives, high fibre – figure on your diet chart, Vigour Bowl is ready to provide such meals for you. Whether take away or home delivery, you got to book your meals a day prior, for they believe in fresh – to the user before freezer - dictum. 

And there is a variety - proper salad meals with a portion of veggies, legumes, choice of protein and healthy carbs (if you want to add); puddings; snacks; smoothies and digestive drinks. “Since we use no refined sugar, our puddings and smoothies are mildly sweet and one can choose to have protein powders or natural protein depending on their preference.”

Priced competitively, a salad meal starts at Rs 109, prices are including GST and no delivery charges if you book anything over 169 anywhere in Tricity. One can place the order on Whatsapp.  

Abeer is aiming at getting his customer base in place first and along with business, investing in health—his and his patrons. “We have retained all the good points of traditional Indian cooking like herbs and spices. We use healthier cooking methods to keep the nutritional value intact.”
