Esha trolled for her recent post

On the occasion of 73rd Independence Day, social media was flooded with messages, notes, and wishes for the day. However, it was one post that caught everyone’s attention. Actress Esha Gupta, who was last seen in One Day: Justice Delivered, was trolled for posting a photo which read Gantantra ke hardik shub kamnaye (greetings on the occasion of Republic Day). The actor soon deleted the post and claimed that her account was hacked. However, netizens had a field day as they trolled her left, right and centre for wishing Republic Day on Independence Day.

One of the trollers wrote, “Did you mean, Happy Ganesh Chaturthi?” Another wrote, “Chhath puja ki hardik subh kamnaye.” After some time, she tweeted that her account was hacked and wrote, “Account hacked please don’t open or respond to any DM through this account. Thanks.” 

After deleting the wrong tweet, she wished everyone a Happy Independence Day.
