Celebrations on the final podium

Milind Soman married his girlfriend Ankita Konwar in the presence of his family and close friends at Alibaug. The traditional rituals that started off on Saturday morning with haldi, mehndi and sangeet, ended up with wedding vows on Sunday morning. While Milind is a Maharashtrian, Ankita is from Assam. Thus, the wedding was a blend of both Assamese and Marathi cultures. From décor to music to rituals, all had a flavour of both the cultures. 

Reportedly, Milind and Ankita dated each other for four years before getting married. Ankita, is a marathoner and air hostess by profession. Despite of being trolled for age gap, Milind has never been shy about declaring his love for Ankita Konwar. Social media of both of them is fulfilled with pictures of PDA moments.
