Aishwarya inspires Arina

Arina Dey’s character Aarti on the show Musakaan certainly comes with a lot of challenges. Arina is the lead actor of the show and plays the role of a single mother, who is also a dancer at a kotha in Kolkata. To get into the skin of the character and bring out the authenticity of a dancer, Arina followed none other than the Bollywood diva, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.

Sharing her experience Arina says, “Even though I will perform this dance form for the first time, I have enjoyed practising and learning it. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, who is one of my favourite actors, has always impressed me with her dancing skills and I have seen her dance brilliantly for the songs in the film Devdas and Umrao Jaan.”
