Eligibility: The applicant must be a ward of a soldier who had died in harness. The applicant must be enrolled in Class I or above.
Deadline: January 31, 2019

Akshaya Patra fellowship 

The Akshaya Patra Foundation is inviting applications from graduates and post-graduates to get trained and mentored in the subject of management. The eight-month management programme provides an opportunity to professionals with excellent leadership skills to work with the foundation.

Eligibility: Graduation. Preferably an MBA and aged between 21 and 35 with minimum one-two years of work experience.

Danish government scholarships

The Ministry of Higher Education and Science, Denmark, is giving scholarships to certain applicants in recognition of the important investment that overseas students make during their education.

Eligibility: The applicant must have a bachelor’s degree and have an offer of place of study in University of Southern Denmark.  
Details:  The selected students will receive a full tuition-fee waiver and a grant to help cover living costs amounting to DKK 6,090 per month before taxes and accommodation.

CIFAR Azrieli global scholars programme

The Canadian Institute of Advanced Research is inviting applications from researchers studying within the first five years of a full-time academic position in order to provide funds and essential skills to the scholars.

Eligibility: PhD degree holders having work experience of five-years in academic position with fluency in written and spoken English.   
Details: CAD 1,00,000 for research support, travel expense coverage for personal two-day interview and special training to develop leadership and communication skills.
