Marubeni India invites applications to back bright students with financial assistance.

Eligibility: Applicants must be pursuing under-graduation in professional or technical course from any recognised educational institute in Punjab, including Chandigarh, with minimum 75 per cent score in Class XII in last academic session. The applicant must not be beneficiary of any other scholarship more than Rs 6000 p.m. and family income Rs 2lakh p.a. to be considered for this scholarship. 

Details: A sum of Rs 40,000 will be given for current academic session.

National Overseas Scholarship for ST 

Total of 20 awards will be offered to young graduates and post-graduates of scheduled tribe and particularly vulnerable tribal community who are planning to pursue master’s, doctoral or post- doctoral overseas in engineering, management, economics, finance, pure science, applied science, agriculture, medicine, humanities and social science are called under this scholarship opportunity to pursue higher degree programmes.

Eligibility: Varying score as eligibility criteria has been set depending on the degree programme undertaken. The candidate must be below 35 years of age and preference will be given to one’s with two years of desirable work experience in the area concerned. Only one candidate from a family can go for it, whose annual income is not more than Rs 6 lakh.

Details: $15,400 as annual maintenance allowance and £ 9900 for candidates in UK, $1532 p.a. contingency and equipment allowance and for UK, £ 1116, and actual poll tax, visa fee in Indian currency, incidental journey expense of up to $18.70, tuition fee, medical insurance premium, air passage and local travel, coaching for TOEFL, GRE,GMAT, and other benefits will be given.

Novus Biologicals Scholarship Programme

Students who have interest in science and desire to make their career in the same are invited under this scholarship programme which aims at furthering scientific achievement by helping them financially.

Eligibility: Students who are already enrolled or have accepted offer of enrolment in graduate, associate degree, diploma or baccalaureate with major in science and associated fields.

Details: A sum of $1,500 or its equivalent international currency.

Erasmus in School Scholarships 

Candidates who want to exchange culture through language, teaching and have the advanced knowledge of English or are the native speakers of English, Spanish, Chinese, German, Arabic, Japanese, French, Portuguese and Russian are invited to be a language assistant.

Eligibility: Applicants between the age of 18 to 30 and interested to work for the registered school or companies as listed by Erasmus in school portal can go for this opportunity. 

Details: 750 EUR per month, outbound and return flights will be given.
