Ten voter facilitation centres set up in district

In view of the ensuing Punjab Assembly polls, the district election authorities have set up 10 facilitation centres from which voters can get information regarding their votes and polling booths telephonically.

District Election Officer Kamal Kishor Yadav said a district-level voter facilitation centre has been set up at Suwidha Centre, DAC Complex, the contact number of which is 99880-07741.

Similarly, facilitation centres have been set up for each Assembly constituency in Jalandhar district. The facilitation centre for Phillaur Assembly constituency has been set up at Tehsil Complex with the telephone number 01826-222600; for Assembly constituency Nakodar at Tehsil Complex with telephone number 01821-501246; for Assembly constituency Shahkot at Tehsil Complex with phone number 01821-261101, for Assembly constituency Kartarpur at the SDM Office, Jalandhar-2, with contact number 0181-2235115, for Jalandhar West Assembly segment at the office of the Chief Agriculture Officer, Jalandhar, with phone number 0181-5040730; for Jalandhar Central Assembly constituency at the office of SDM, Jalandhar-1, with contact number 98553-55009, for Jalandhar North Assembly segment at the office of Deputy Director, Land Records, Kothi No. 227-28 Jalandhar with phone number 99880-73173, for Jalandhar Cantonment Assembly segment at Room No. 21 DAC Complex, Jalandhar, with contact phone number 94632-52737 and for Adampur Assembly constituency, the voter facilitation centre has been set up at room No. 3, second Floor, Municipal Corporation, Jalandhar, with contact number 0181-5053074.
