PIMS students get top score in varsity exam

JALANDHAR: Baba Farid University of Health Sciences declared the result of second MBBS students 2014 batch of Punjab Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS).

Baba Farid University of Health Sciences declared the result of second MBBS students 2014 batch of Punjab Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS). First five positions out of overall 20 university toppers and two distinctions in microbiology have been bagged by the PIMS students. Simrat Kaur Bath bagged the first position in the college, the second position was scored by Ramandeep Kaur and the third position by Aakriti Mahajan.

Ashita Mittal, a student of the PIMS 2011 batch, scored 103rd rank in the all-India rank in NEET PG exam and has gained 4th rank in Punjab. Puneet Malhan scored 18th rank in Punjab. Director principal of the PIMS Dr Kulbir Kaur congratulated the students.
