PHAGWARA: Additional Chief Secretary, Health and Family Welfare, Punjab, Satish Chandra has suspended Kapurthala Civil Surgeon Dr Balwant Singh for irregularities and violation of rules.

Additional Chief Secretary, Health and Family Welfare, Punjab, Satish Chandra has suspended Kapurthala Civil Surgeon Dr Balwant Singh for irregularities and violation of rules. The orders of suspension were communicated to all concerned on Thursday Evening.
