Golf tourney from April 19

The second amateur inter-club golf tournament will be held at the Rail Coach Factory (RCF) in Kapurthala on April 19. Besides, RCF golf club members, golfers from Army and PAP are also expected to take part in the event. Renowned health supplement company Pukhraj will sponsor the event.

Harbhajan Singh Bhullar, secretary, RCF Golf Course, said: “Over 11 teams and 100 golfers are expected to take part in the event. RCF golf course has produced renowned golfers like Gaganjeet and Ashbeer Saini. Besides, two lady golfers Gursimran Badwal and Gurjot Kaur are also playing in various amateur ladies circuit in India,” said Bhullar.

The amateur golfers can also enroll themselves for the tournament as individual entries.
