Four theft cases were reportedly committed during the past two days here.

In the first incident, the office of the First Aid Fire India was reportedly burgled near Elite Cinema here on Saturday. The miscreants entered the office after breaking the locks and decamped with RS 11,600, two LEDs, two mobile phones and one iPad.

The burglars cut-off the connections of CCTV cameras and sensor solar light panel, installed in front of the office. On a complaint lodged by Sahil Kaura, owner of the office, the police have registered a case. The police are scanning the CCTV footage.

In the second incident, valuable goods worth Rs one lakh, including an LED, were reportedly found stolen from a karyana store at Nangal Colony on Sunday night. Jaspal Singh, owner of the shop, said the shutters of the shop were found broken today morning. The police have registered a case. In the third incident Rs 3.10 lakh was found stolen from the office of a brick kiln at Nangal Majha village on Sunday night.

On a complaint lodged by Gobind Kumar, manager of the brick klin, the police have registered a case under Section 379 of the IPC and are investigating the matter.

In the forth incident, goods worth more than one lakh, including three LCDs, one power inverter and dozens of taps were found stolen from the house of Sukhwinder Singh at New Satnampura locality here on Sunday night. The police have registered a case.
