Doctors stage token protest

Doctors of the town, belonging to the Indian Medical Association (IMA), staged a token protest near the blood bank here against those who attacked doctors at several places in Maharashtra recently.

The president of the local unit of the Indian Medical Association, Dr Anil Tandon, while addressing the doctors, said the misbehavior with doctors could not be tolerated at any cost.

Dr Amrik Singh Parhar, SPS Sooch, Satnam Singh Parmar, GB Singh, Vijay Sharma, Ramesh Arora, Punit Galhotra, Balbir Bhardwaj, JS Virk and NPS Makkar were also present during the protest.
