Jalandhar: The students of Hans Raj Mahila Maya Vidyalaya proved their mettle by securing top three positions in the B Voc (web tech and multimedia Semester-VI) examination conducted by GND University. Radhika secured 2,024 marks out of 2,400 and topped the university. Taniya stood 2nd with 1,998 marks and Harpinder got 1,953 marks and stood 3rd in the university. Principal Dr Ajay Sareen congratulated students and wished them luck for the future. OC

World Photography Day

Jalandhar: Innocent Hearts Group of Institution organised a guest lecture on World Photography Day. Vishal Verma one of the renowned photographers of Jalandhar, took part and taught various photography skills to students and told them the code of conduct to use focus length, aperture, IOS, etc. Students also took part in picture visualisation and captured different pictures from various angles. Group Director Dr Shailesh Tripathi and thanked Vishal Verma for sharing the knowledge. OC

Sadbhavana  Divas

Jalandhar: ‘Sadbhavana Divas’ is celebrated every year at the birth anniversary of Former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi, who held a vision of a progressive nation.  Even today his inspirational and enthusiastic speeches remain etched in the memories of generations. The students took an oath on this occasion - “We swear to work towards the solidarity and goodwill of our fellow citizens irrespective of their caste, creed, religion and language. We must eradicate all the prejudices through peaceful dialogue all the constitutional means without resorting to violence.” Principal Dr. Kiran Arora addressed the volunteers stating that the unity and integrity of a nation should be sustained by abandoning such prejudices.
